Pascal Operators Training Ltd has its registered offices right in the heart of Ndola town centre opposite Barclays Bank Ndola Branch. In order to broaden and expand our service offering, Pascal Operators Training has therefore been registered as a University and operates under the official name of Pascal Technical University. This was to facilitate the ability of the institution to offer certificate, diploma and degree courses/programs under one roof.
